Jeffrey A. Raper, age 46 of Richmond, passed away on Friday January 5, 2024 at his residence. He was born on January 31, 1977 in Richmond to Mark Raper and Patricia Raper Drook. Jeffrey lived in Richmond most of his life and was a Richmond High School graduate. He worked for Johns Manville and loved playing darts and all types of music. He also enjoyed fishing, bowling, watching movies and playing games. Most of all, he had a great heart and loved helping others.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother Patricia Drook; step sisters Angie Jordan and Gina Goodman (Brad); step brother Tony Drook; sister Dina Fralicx and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his stepfather Thomas Drook, sister Cathy Platfoot and special family dog "Buddy".

Pastor David Eales will officiate services for Jeffrey at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday January 11, 2024 at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Burial will follow in Goshen Cemetery. Visiting hours will be from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
