Jessie Lucille Clark Heaton, age 90, of Richmond, died Sunday morning (July 18, 2010) at Golden Living Center - Oak Ridge. She was born in Blount County, Tennessee on February 25, 1920 to Ben Thomas Clark and Cordia McMillian Clark and had lived in Richmond since 1959. She was a homemaker and a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnie Lee Heaton in 1994 and by four sisters and three brothers. Survivors include three sons - Robert (Barbara) Heaton of Dayton, Ohio, Lazell (Brenda) Heaton of Richmond, Thomas Anthony (Jo) Heaton of Rowland Heights, California; two daughters - Wanda (Kenny) Drook of Richmond, Brenda (Eddie) Partin of Centerville; one sister - Mary Ellen Gregory of West Palm Beach, Florida; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday (July 23, 2010) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Daryl J. Hurst will officiate. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
