John "Scott" Minner, age 52, passed away on Sunday (December 7 2014) at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born in Richmond on April 13 1962 to John and Glenda Minner and had lived here all his life. Scott loved being around people, and will be deeply missed by his family and close friends. Survivors include his mother Glenda Minner; Sisters Kathy Cole & Michele Tieman; Nephews Bradley Shaffer & Bryan (Valerie) Shaffer; and a great nephew Ross Cate. He is preceded in death by his father John C. Minner. Private services will be conducted on Friday (December 12, 2014) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Pastor Paul Mingus will officiate.
