Joseph Lee Keller, loving father, brother, grandfather and great grandfather, of Richmond went to see the Lord at age 90 on Sunday (July 22, 2007) at Reid Hospital.� He was born on July 6, 1917 in Blount County, Tennessee to Robert and Joseph Ann Keller.� He made his home in Richmond after World War II where he came home as a Staff Sergeant with a Bronze Star.� He retired after 41 years with Commercial Motor Freight of Indiana.� After retirement, his interests turned to other things.� He enjoyed traveling, camping, gardening and boating, and when he took the time to sit still, he enjoyed watching NASCAR and cheering on Dale Earnhardt �or watching any kind of sports he could find.� He was preceded in death by his wife Clara Lee, one grandson, Joe Horn, three brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include three daughters - Jolene Opel (Randy Ankrom) of Williamsburg, Debbie Garringer (Dwight) of Richmond, Becky Reed (Joe) of Fairhaven;� sisters and brothers - Katherine Taylor of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Jim Keller (Edna) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Iva Pearl Assil (Ed) of Fontana, California;� grandkids - Bobby Millsaps (Tammy), Jeremy Millsaps, Nicole Garringer (Sam Farmer), Aaron Garringer (Kimberly), Debbie White (Kenny), Robbie Horn, Jesse Horn and Bobby Joe Reed;� great grandchildren - Briston and Alanta Millsaps, Morgan White and Kayleigh Marshall.� Survivors also include many nieces and nephews including Richmond resident Ronnie Does (Delola).� He was also grandpa to many others including Gladys Kibbey (Les), Dustin Powell, Adam Duke (Annie), Jason Spears, Ryan Michalski, Savannah Swearingen, Lindsey Tyree, Landyn Tyree, Amanda Phillips(Anthony), Jessica Shell, Justin Farmer, Jordan Farmer, Tyler Marshall, Ethan Phillips, Andrew Barnhart, Jessica Phenis (Rosco), Lindsey Reffitt, Devon Reffitt and CheyAnne Kibbey.� He also leaves behind five daschounds including his favorite, Buster.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday (July 27, 2007) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.� Rev. Scott Robinson will officiate.� Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery.� Friends may call on Thursday (July 26, 2007) from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.�
