Joyce A. McClure, age 82, of Richmond, died Wednesday (November 9, 2011) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Richmond on January 28, 1929 to Lester and Florence McMann Beach and had lived here all of her life. She was a graduate of Richmond High School and had been employed by Huffman Manufacturing, Ayr-Way, and Cox's Market. She currently worked for Senior Opportunities Services. She was a 61 year member of the Eagles Lodge, a member of the Moose Lodge, the Richmond Senior Center, Preble County Senior Center and Sigma Phi Gamma. She was a member of the former Faith Community Church of God and a member of First Christian Church. Survivors include her sons - Timothy Vanessa) Armbruster of Middlesville, MI; Jerome (Cynthia) Armbruster of Sacramento, CA; son-in-law - Larry Banis I of Eaton, OH; grandchildren - Stephanie (Tim) Lanthrop of New Paris, Larry Banis II of Eaton, Melissa Gates of Richmond, Timothy (Melissa) Crail of Seymour, IN, Jerry Armbruster II of Phoenix, AZ, Tony (Autumn) Armbruster of Kalmouth Falls, OR, Mia Harmon of Hasting, MI, Amber Harmon of Michigan, Charles (Erin) Harmon of Terre Haute, Craig Harmon of Indiana; 31 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter; nieces and nephews and special friends at S.O.S. Her husband, Ralph McClure, and her daughter, Miriam Banis, a sister, brother and great grandson are also deceased. Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday (November 12, 2011) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Lynn Morey will officiate. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
