Judy J. Garcia, age 52, of Centerville, died unexpectedly on Wednesday morning (September 3, 2008) at Reid Hospital.� She was born in Richmond on July 20, 1956 to Dexter, Sr. and Mary Nicholson Mills and had lived in this area all of her life.� She was employed by Panoramic Apartments and was a member of Centerville Church of the Nazarene.�
Survivors include her daughters - Cheryl Martinez of Centerville and Sarah Tupayachi of Centerville; father - Dexter Mills, Sr. of Richmond; her twin sister - Jo Silvia of Richmond; her sister Tina Marshall of Richmond; brothers - Mike Mills of Eaton, Ohio and Dexter Mills, Jr of Richmond; grandchildren - Michael Sanchez, Daniel Sanchez, Andrew Welch, Judyonna Ortiz, Yuvana Melendez, Anthony Martinez; nieces and nephews.�
Her mother, Mary Mills, died on February 27, 2003.�
Services will be held at 10:30 am on Monday (September 8, 2008) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.� Rev. Ray McCrary will officiate.� Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.� Friends may call on Sunday (September 7, 2008) from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.. www.riggle-waltermann.com ���
