Judy Handy Stewart, 71 of Richmond died Saturday February 5, 2022. She was born on October 26, 1950, in Slab Fork, WV to Robert and Willie Brewer Handy and had lived in Lynn, IN and Richmond, IN most of her life. She retired from Anchor Hocking in Winchester, IN. Judy enjoyed crocheting and playing bingo.

Survivors include her nieces and nephews; special friend Tisa Turpin and her beloved dog "Little Bit". In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her siblings Kay F. Cosgrove, Roy Handy, Billy Handy and Barbara Cosgrove.

Burial will be held at a later date in Chester Cemetery.
