Karen A. Cole, age 50, passed away on Sunday (August 23rd 2015) She was born in Richmond on January 6th 1965 to Willard Perry and Joyce Spahr and had lived here all her life. Karen had raised her children in her home, and later enjoyed spending her time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed cheering on Jimmy Johnson, rooting for the Indianapolis Colts, and going fishing with her family. Survivors include her daughters Tiffany Saylor, Tosha Sheckles, India Sheckles, and Savannah Sheckles; sister Cyrena Perry; brothers Billy Perry, Kenny Perry, Gary Perry, & Stanley Wicket; grandchildren Caitlynn Willett, Austin Smith, Chloe Smith, Mackenzie Sheckles, Courtney Irvine, Kirsten Musselwhite, & Jaylen Moore; nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Robert "Jimmy" Cole and brothers David Perry & Floyd Perry. Services for Karen will be held on Friday (August 28th 2015) at 1 p.m. in Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Pastor Jim Slaven will officiate. Burial will take place in Goshen Cemetery at a later date. Friends may call on Monday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
