Kathleen Pollard, age 78, of Richmond, died Thursday evening (December 6, 2012) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Livingston, Tennessee on September 12, 1934 to Arthur and Myrtle Wright Garrett and had lived in Laurel, Indiana for twenty years before moving to Richmond. She had worked for Tuttle Wire in Muncie, Indiana. Her husband, Russell Pollard, died on November 6, 2012. Survivors include her son, Larry Norris of Richmond; a sister, Odean Anderson; step-sons, Harvey and Dale Pollard of Muncie; step-daughter, Beverly Pollard of Muncie; nieces and nephews. A sister, Treva Lawson, is also deceased. Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday (December 10, 2012) in Riggle �" Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Paul Mingus will officiate.
