Keith A. Allbaugh, age 67, passed away on Monday January 10, 2022 at Heritage House of Richmond. He was born in Anderson, Indiana on December 6, 1955 to Dean Allbaugh and Delores Duncan Sexton.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday January 19,2022 at Webster Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary.
