Krist Berhalter, age 62, passed away unexpectedly on June 18, 2023 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. He was born in Richmond, Indiana on September 2, 1960 to Charles F. and Wanda Jane (Chaney) Berhalter and had lived in the area all his life. Krist worked in the hotel industry as part of the maintenance team and loved eagles, painting gnomes, mowing his lawn and spending time with his wife Melissa and dog Prince. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Melissa Berhalter; daughter Kristen Delk; step-daughter Ashley Penland; brothers Doug Berhalter, Tom Berhalter, Gary Berhalter and Steve Berhalter; mother-in-law Roberta Dalton and brother-in-law Michael Dalton. In addition to his parents, Krist is preceded in death by his uncle Arden and step-daughter Tiffany Ann Penland.
