LouAnn "Granny" Gulley, age 69, of Richmond, died Monday afternoon (November 20, 2006) at her residence. She was born in Morehead, Kentucky on November 27, 1936 to Lee and Maude Meadows Parsons and had lived here since 1954. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Park Church. She is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Gulley, whom she married July 10, 1954; Daughters �" Vickie Gulley of Richmond, Regina (Scott) Shepard of Centerville and Marla Gulley of Richmond; Son �" Ray (Kathleen) Gulley of New Miami, Ohio; Brothers �" Kenneth Parsons of Mansfield, Ohio; Sister �" Ilene Kegley of Morehead, Kentucky; Special friends �" Mary Evans of Muncie, Indiana; Grandchildren �" Robert Gibson, Dana Gibson, Jessica Gilam, Amy Hawkins, William Gulley, Elizabeth Gulley, Megan Shepard, Allyson Shepard, Lacey Turner; Great Grandchildren �" Lydia Turner, Steven Turner, Jazee Gilam, Hannah Hawkins, Nolen Hawkins, Ann Gulley, Kaiden Gibson, Kaleb Gibson, Laisha Johnson In addition to her parents, two brothers, Junior and George Parsons, and two sisters, Juanita Lewis and Ithel Caudill, are also deceased. Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday (November 25, 2006) in Riggle �" Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Kevin Shindoll will officiate. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
