Lyal Thomas Henderson, age 83, of Richmond, died Tuesday (January 25, 2011) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Centerville, Indiana on February 13, 1927 to Thomas and Mary Henderson and had lived here all of his life. He had worked for Powerhouse and the former Jerry's restaurants. Survivors include nieces - Ruby Carpenter, Linda Frazee; nephews - Darrell Henderson, David Woodruff, Billy Norman, Steve Fletcher In addition to his parents, brothers Darrell and Leslie Henderson, sisters Dean Woodruff, Margie Miller, Dovie Henderson, nephew Leonard Henderson are also deceased. Services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Tuesday (February 1, 2011) at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship of Richmond (1107 Ridge Street). Pastor Rick White will officiate. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery (Centerville). Friends may call on Tuesday (February 1, 2011) from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the church.
