Margaret Pauline Robbins, age 80, of Richmond, died Wednesday morning (October 14, 2009) at her residence. She was born in Milton, Indiana on June 24, 1929 to Lucien and Orpha Hobbs McDowell and had lived here most of her life. She had worked as manager of the former Waffle House restaurant. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and of the Moose Lodge. Pauline was an avid bingo player. Her husband, Robert Robbins, died in 1988. Survivors include her sons - Robert (Diana) Robbins of Richmond, Gary (Cheryl) Robbins of Richmond, Jeff (Kathy) Robbins of Clarksville, Tennessee; daughter - Marilyn Pegg of Richmond; her twin sister - Maxine Neighly of Greenville, Ohio, sisters - Patricia Swihart of Richmond and Joan Paddock of Dayton, Wyoming; grandchildren - Shay Robbins, Travis Robbins, Kelley (Chris) Chapel, Lori (Shawn) Henderson, Thomas Pegg, Derrick (Lisa) Robbins, Emily Robbins, Mark Robbins, Amy Robbins, Brian (Reana) Robbins; great grandchildren - Keara Henderson, Skylar Henderson, Taylor Strunk, Mason Rader, Peyton Chapel, Tyler Robbins, Nathan Robbins, Rohen Robbins, Sophie Robbins; nieces and nephews including a special niece, Linda Kowalski. In addition to her parents, three sisters - Martha Lockwood, Mary Pittman, Genny Lybarger; a grandson, Ricky Pegg, and a great grandson, Ethan Chapel, are also deceased. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday (October 19, 2009) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Bob Holland will officiate. Friends may call on Sunday (October 18, 2009) from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
