Margaret A. Senese, age 93, of Richmond, died Monday morning (February 6, 2012) at Rose Bud Village. She was born in Richmond on July 24, 1918 to Steve and Julia Schmidt Swartzkopf and had lived here all of her life. She was a graduate of Morton High School and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. She was a member of Saint Andrew Church. Her husband, John Senese, whom she married July 17, 1943, died on May 30, 2000. Survivors include her children - Dan (Kathy) Senese of Richmond, Linda (David) Harbin of Mason, Ohio, Sallie Senese of Richmond; grandchildren - John (Sara) Senese IV, Andy (Alison) Senese, Katie (Kevin) Napierkowski, Jim (Leah) Senese, Brian Harbin, Matt (Amanda) Senese; 14 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A son, John Senese III, died on May 2, 2005. Her twin brother, Steve Swartzkopf, and a brother George Swartzkopf, are also deceased. A prayer service will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday (February 10, 2012) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary followed by Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Andrew Church. Father Todd Riebe will officiate. Burial will be in Saint Andrew Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday (February 9, 2012) from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
