Marie E. Riegel, age 92, of Richmond, died Monday (August 26, 2003) at Oakridge Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born in Richmond on December 22, 1910 to William and Gatewood Bogan Baldwin and had lived here all of her life. She was a retired 43 year employee of Richmond Baking Company and was a member of First Christian Church. She was a member of Eden Rebekah Lodge #30, Loyal Chapter #49 Order of the Eastern Star, White Shrine #75, Social Order #218 of the Beaucent, Eagles Auxillary, Moose Auxillary, Richmond Senior Citizens, Widowed Persons Service and was past president of the Department Association Ladies Auxillary. Her husband, Ivan Riegel, died in 1971.
Survivors include - Daughter-in-law - Patsy Riegel of Arlington, Texas
Sister - Iona Lindley of Richmond

Services will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday (August 30, 2003) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Dixie Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery in Pershing. Friends may call on Friday (August 29, 2003) from 5 - 7 pm at the funeral home. www.riggle-waltermann.com
