Marie C. "Toby" Tittle, age 92, of Richmond, died Wednesday afternoon (January 22, 2014) at Forest Park Health Campus. She was born in Hammond, Indiana on September 28, 1921 to Robert and Carmella Ganguzza Black and had lived in this area since 1949. She was a graduate of LaCross High School and had worked for International Harvester, the former Ayr-Way Store and for the former Crye Jewelers. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church. Toby was fond of her dogs and found great enjoyment in their care and companionship. She was a member of the Eagles Lodge and a former member of the Rose City ABWA. She was a long-time volunteer for Reid Hospital where she accrued more than 5000 hours of service. She had also volunteered for the American Cancer Society and had served as a Senior Rose Queen Candidate. Her husband, Robert Tittle, died in 1977. Survivors include her sister, Jeanette Wickizer of English Lake, Indiana; special friends, Becky Dickey of Richmond, Delorce Howard of Greenville, Ohio 2 nieces and 2 nephews. Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Monday (January 27, 2014) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Pastor Kerry O'Brien will officiate. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Friends may call on Monday (January 27, 2014) from 1:00 p.m. To 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Help the Animals, P.O.
