Marilyn S. Engelbert, age 78, passed away on Tuesday (March 4, 2014) at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton Ohio. She was born in Richmond, Indiana on March 25, 1935 to Harold E. & Pauline H. Brown and had lived in this area all of her life. She retired in 1995 from Johns-Manville after 39 years where she was a secretary. Survivors include her husband of 57 years Theodore "Ted" Engelbert; Son Chad (Julie) Engelbert of Mason, Ohio; Sister Judith Martin of Florida; Brother Kenneth (Patt) Brown of Richmond; Granddaughters Samantha, Sydney, and Elizabeth Engelbert; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, a sister Phyllis Anderson is also deceased. Services for Marilyn will be held on Saturday (March 8, 2014) at 11 a.m. in Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Pastor Amanda Hines will officiate. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday (March 7, 2014) from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
