Marilyn S. Noe, age 79, of Richmond, died Thursday evening (May 9, 2013) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Connersville, Indiana on March 1, 1934 to Everett and Beulah Towler Goldey and had lived in this area most of her life. She was a homemaker and had worked as a licensed practical nurse. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of fifty five years, Elmer Noe; sons, Steve (Amy) Noe of Richmond, Eric (Heather) Noe of Richmond; daughter, Melissa Branstrator of Richmond; brother, Richard Goldey of Connersville; 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, 2 brothers and 2 sisters are also deceased. Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday (May 14, 2013) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Jim Spon and Rev.
