Marilyn E. Redd, age 82, passed away Sunday (March 15, 2015) at her residence. She was born in Wayne County Indiana on November 5, 1932 to Irvin R and Anna Frances G. (Myers) Batchelor. She married the love of her life Floyd Redd on June 21, 1953. Marilyn worked as a teacher's aide in the Adult Education Program for many years, she also enjoyed sewing. She loved spending time with her family especially her many grandkids and great grandkids. Survivors include her five sons, Keith (Cynthia) Redd of Eaton, Ohio, Ron Redd of Houston, Texas, Steve Nelson (Betty) Redd of Melbourne, Florida, Paul K. (Diana) Redd of Williamsburg, Indiana and Larry Redd of Richmond; grandchildren Duane, Scott, Amy, Amanda, Melissa, Marsha, Brian, Justin, Cristina, Kristy, Bob, Sarah, Luke, Angel, Ariel, John and Maria; 24 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; brother Jim; sisters Genie, Jackie and Sue. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her Husband Floyd in 2004, 4 brothers and 4 sisters and daughter in law Ginny Redd. Visitation will be held on Thursday (March 19, 2015) from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. in Riggle �" Waltermann Mortuary. Services for Marilyn will held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday (March 20, 2015) at the funeral home. Pastor Jim Culver will officiate. Burial will be held in Williamsburg Cemetery.
