Marlene Susan Nugent, age 80, passed away on Friday August 25, 2023 while at home. She was born in Richmond, Indiana on August 30, 1942 to Kenneth and Margaret (Mosey) Webb and had lived in the area all her life. Susan attended St. Andrew Catholic Church and was a retired housekeeper at St. Andrew Rectory . She loved to cook and feed everyone. She was a caregiver, loved to paint and read books but most of all loved her grandkids.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Lori (husband Edward) Wade; sons James J. (wife Pam) Nugent and Virgil L. Nugent; grandchildren Gina DeLucio Monica Morgan, Jessica Holland, Nathan Nugent, Jacob Nugent and Jammie Nugent; 4 great grandchildren; brother Jim (wife Charlotte) Webb; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Virgil Nugent (May 25, 2023); brother Joseph Webb and sisters Judith Bell and Sandra Dargie.

Services will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday August 29, 2023 at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Burial will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Friends may call on Tuesday August 29, 2023 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at the funeral home.
