Mary E. "Betty" Moore, age 91, of Richmond, died Tuesday evening (December 13, 2011) at Ambassador Healthcare. She was born in Marion County, Indiana on July 6, 1920 to Owen and Florence Veregge Webb and had lived here most of her life. She had worked as a tutor at Starr School and had served as a teacher's assistant. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene. Her husband, Lawrence E. Moore, died October 1, 1999. Survivors include her daughter - Janice (Allan) Roberts of Richmond; sisters - Ruth Jackson and Joan Weist both of Richmond; grandchildren - Terri (Kriss) Doddridge, Chris (Karen) Roberts, Pam (Vernon) Sams, Annette (Craig) Rogers, Robert (Donna) Moore, Cathy (Tony) Gawarecki, David (Vadessa) Moore, Bethann Moore; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, a son, Larry G. Moore, and two brothers, Gene Webb and Jack Webb, are also deceased. Services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Friday (December 16, 2011) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Michael Rhodabarger and Rev. Mark Hinshaw will officiate.
