Mary Burge Bradley, age 81, of Richmond passed away Wednesday (January 28, 2015) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Richmond on August 20, 1933 to Earl and Ellen Davis Burge. She worked some and spent the last 11 ½ years at Dollar Tree. In 1952 she married Charles Bradley. Had 2 sons Tom and Jeff. Jeff was killed at New Paris, Ohio in 1972, Tom passed in May 2002 of cancer, and Charles passed in October 2002 with cancer. She also had 4 brothers that are deceased, Everett of Frankfort, IN, Marshall of Richmond, Lewis of Mentone, AL and Danny of Florida. She is also preceded in death by an infant brother and sister. Survivors include a brother Leroy (Mary Kay) Burge, grandson Richard Bradley whom she raised, Rick was also a care giver in later years and made his home with her, many true friends Cathy Dickenson, Gladys Boydston, Gaul Jenkins, Lou Lincoln, Jenny Poytner, Paulett Mermoud and her faithful dog Wyatt. Services for Mary will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday (February 3, 2015) in Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Burial will be in Spring Lawn Cemetery in New Paris, Ohio. Friends may call on Tuesday (February 3, 2015) from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
