Mary Kay Burge, 77, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother was called to her eternal resting place on December 27, 2016. She entered this world on January 5, 1939 in Hagerstown, Indiana, born to Buford Montgomery and Addie Florence Brooks. She is survived by her husband LeRoy Burge whom she married December 5, 1959; children Laurie (Dale) Carr and Steve (Kim) Burge; grandchildren Joseph, Sara and Tyler Carr, Holly (David) Gutierrez, Heidi (Paul) Rushing and Toby (Meghan) Hollinger and 10 great grandchildren. Mary Kay was a homemaker who loved to bake and sew and spend time with her family. She was an outdoor person and loved to work in the yard and garden.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Saturday (December 31, 2016) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Pastor Brian Richmond will officiate. Friends may call from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Mary's name to the local 4-H (861 Salisbury Rd. North Richmond, IN 47374) or Choroideremia Foundation for the Blind ( 23 East Brundreth St. Springfield, MA 01109-2110).
