Mary C. Palmer, age 83, of Richmond, died Friday afternoon (September 21, 2012) at Golden Living Center ��" Golden Rule. She was born in Williamsburg, Indiana on August 9, 1929 to William A. and Ada Wickersham Wright and had lived in this area all of her life. She was a 1947 graduate of Centerville High School and had worked for many years as a child care provider. She was a member of Centerville Christian Church and a former member of the Moose Lodge and Druids Lodge. Her husband, Gerold Palmer, died March 26, 1993. Survivors include her daughter - Shelly (David) Fleagle of Richmond; sons - Gordon (Tish) Palmer of Colorado, Dennis G. Palmer of North Carolina, Gregg A. Palmer of Ohio; 3 grandsons, a granddaughter, 2 nieces. Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday (September 25, 2010) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Terry Cochran will officiate. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery in Centerville. Friends may call on Tuesday (September 25, 2012) from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
