Melissa Branstrator, age 65 of Richmond passed away Monday July 1, 2024 at Reid Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Richmond, Indiana on December 5, 1958 to Elmer and Marilyn Noe. Melissa was a compassionate person, she worked as a LPN at various nursing homes in the area and took great pride in the care that she gave to her patients.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Thomas Owens, Aimee (Josh) Vaughn and Christopher Owens; brother Steve Noe; several grandchildren and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Marilyn Noe and brother Eric Noe.
Rev. Phil Hodgkin will officiate graveside services at 11:00 am on Friday July 5, 2024 in Earlham Cemetery. Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
