Michael J. "Whomme" May, age 43, of Richmond, died Tuesday evening (October 25, 2011) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Richmond on October 2, 1968 to John Jr. and Medrith Mann May and had lived here all of his life. Survivors include his daughter - Christy Day of Lynn, IN; son - Brandon Day of Hillsboro, OH; his mother - Medrith May of Richmond; sister - Trina Day of Richmond; brother - Curtis May of Richmond; grandson - Hayden Day; son-in-law - Winston Kress; nephews - Dylan Day and Jordan Farmer. In addition to his father, a niece, Jena May, is also deceased. Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday (November 1, 2011) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Rev. Paul Mingus will officiate.
