Mila "Rose" Carpenter, age 77, of Richmond, died Sunday morning (April 6, 2008) at Golden Living Center - Oakridge. She was born in Lee County, Kentucky on June 2, 1930 to Louis and Elsie Williams Brandenburg and had lived here most of her life. She was a homemaker. Her husband, Norman Carpenter, died on December 6, 2007.Survivors include her children - Allan Carpenter, Debbie Carpenter, Donna Carpenter, Ricky Carpenter and Dave Carpenter all of Richmond; brothers and sisters - Barbara Brandenburg of Richmond, Carl Brandenburg of Troy, Ohio, Carol (Bill); Brandenburg of Kentucky, Clem Brandenburg of Richmond, Lila Webber of Dublin, Indiana, Morris Brandenburg of Indianapolis, Roy Brandenburg of Richmond; 8 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A brother, Willis Brandenburg, is also deceased.,
