Mona Jean Pierson, age 61, of Richmond, died Sunday morning (February 19, 2012) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Richmond on December 13, 1950 to Ralph and June Elaine Heath Pierson and had lived in Indianapolis, where she owned and operated her own cleaning business, before moving back here 7 years ago. Survivors include her mother - June Elaine Pierson of Richmond; brothers - Paul (Madeline) Pierson of Richmond, Ronald (Joan) Pierson of Centerville; nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, a brother, Kenneth J. Pierson, and sister, Sandra K. Pierson Hart, are also deceased. No services are planned. Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
