Noel R. "Bud" Chamberlain, age 90 of Richmond went to be with the Lord on Wednesday December 26, 2018, which fittingly was his deceased wife Rosemary's birthday. He was born in Richmond on April 13, 1928 to John and Helen Behnen Chamberlain. Noel was honorably discharged from the US Army after serving in WWII. He married the love of his life and as he would say the "girl next door" Rosemary Becker and enjoyed 38 years of marriage until her passing in 1991. Noel retired from the Pennsylvania Railroad Co., he was known as an extremely hard worker. He enjoyed life, taking it one day at a time with a smile on his face and making the best of each day. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing and spending time with his grandkids.

Survivors include his son David (Sheree) Chamberlain; sisters Jeannette Newton, Wanda Bastron and Virginia Meyers; grandchildren Duane (Stephanie) Chamberlain, Dara (Jeff) Matheny and Sara Delaplane; great grandchildren Tristan, Taylor and Jaima. He is preceded in death by his daughter Anita Delaplane; great grandson Jamison; wife Rosemary; 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

Services for Noel will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday December 31, 2018 at Riggle – Waltermann Mortuary. Burial will follow in Goshen Cemetery. Pastor Ken Harris will officiate. Friends and family may call from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. on Monday December 31, 2018 at the funeral home.
