Nora Bowman, 87, of Richmond, Indiana passed away Monday (January 1, 2018) at Rosebud Village Nursing Home. She was born in London, Kentucky on March 17, 1930 to Bowman and Fannie Rush Smith. Nora was a hardworking and giving individual. She spent most of her working career as a waitress at Bowman's Inn. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and loved her family.

Survivors include her children Linda Parker Fitzpatrick and Larry (Pam) Parker; brother Clarence Smith and sister Gladys Troupe; 6 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her infant daughter Carolyn Sue Parker; her parents Bowman and Fannie Smith; 2 brothers and 1 sister.



Services will be held at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday (January 4, 2018). Burial will follow at Earlham Cemetery. Pastor Larry Delon will officiate. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Thursday (January 4, 2018) at the funeral home.
