Norma Jean Manley's Obituary
Norma Jean Manley, age 81, of Richmond, died Friday morning (August 29, 2014) at Heritage House of Richmond. She was born on February 18, 1933 in Muscatine, Iowa to William and Alma Beatty Manley and had live here since 1956. Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Friday (September 12, 2014) in Elkhorn Cemetery. Pastor James Culver will officiate. Arrangements are being handled by Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.
