Norma "Jeanne" Vogelgesang, age 81, formerly of Richmond, died Monday morning (December 4, 2017) at her home in LaGrange, Kentucky. She was born March 14, 1936 in Centerville, Indiana to Clarence and Ruby Todd Riggleman and grew up in Richmond. She worked at Johns-Manville, Avco, Senior Opportunity Services and the Area 9 Agency on Aging. Jeanne enjoyed reading, sewing and light gardening.

Survivors include her sons Chris (Beth) Vogelgesang and Ken (Brenda) Vogelgesang; grandsons Samuel (Alissa) and Alex; granddaughters Clarissa, Alyssa and Alexia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Chuck" Vogelgesang in February 2016 and her sister, Judy Roland, in June 2017.

Services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday (December 10, 2017) in Riggle – Waltermann Mortuary. Pastor Tom Ream will officiate. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery in Centerville. Friends may call on Sunday (December 10, 2017) from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
