Pamala Jo Merkamp, age 73 of Richmond passed away Saturday September 11, 2021 at Reid Health. She was born in Aurora, IL on May 16, 1948 to William C. Goins and Flora Lee (McKinney) Goins. Pamala loved Bingo, spending time with her family, vacationing and tending to her flowers. She was loved by all who knew her and will be missed by her loving family.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband Malcolm Merkamp; children Marsheila (Rick) DeBruler, Rhonda (Daryl Stamper) St. Clair, Darrin (Leslie) Johnson, Bradley Smith; grandchildren Josh McFarland, Brittany Hill, Lacey Cook, Jesse Johnson, Casey Bohlander, Jordan Johnson, Daniel St. Clair, Brooklyn St. Clair, Jalen Johnson, Jacob Mathena, and Kaleb Mathena; 13 great grandchildren; brother Danny Goins; step children Star (Randy) Gabbard, Chrissy Kramar, Darren Merkamp; several nieces, nephews and cousins; special friend Debbie Damrell. Pamala is preceded in death by her parents William and Flora and Siblings Earl Thomas Goins, Margaret Ann Estep and Richard Goins.

Services for Pamala will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday September 16, 2021 at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Visitation will be held from 3-6 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
