Pamela Napier-Fine, age 51, passed away Friday (September 20, 2013) at her home. She was born in Richmond on October 31, 1961 to Norman and Helen Napier. She had earned a degree in political science, and had great musical talent. She specialized in guitar, but was known to play 18 different instruments. Survivors include her father, Norman Napier; Daughter Rebecca (Mike) Dalton; Sisters Andrea (Mark) Minor, Tina (Patrick) Wood, Jenny (Andy) Miller; Brother Kenny Napier; Granddaughters Shelby and Kylie Dalton; Several nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews; and several other friends and family members. Pamela is preceded in death by her mother Helen Napier. Services for Pamela will be held at St. Paul's Episcopal Church (800 N "A" St. Richmond) on Wednesday (September 25, 2013) at 1 p.m. Friends may meet with the family following service in the back of the church.
