Patricia "Patty" Ann Fisher, 84, of Fountain City Indiana, passed away March 25, 2024 at Rose Bud facility surrounded by her family. Patty was born to William and Florence Heuing on May 19, 1939. She was the second oldest of their four children. She was married to James William Fisher (deceased).
Patty is surpassed in death by her husband Jim Fisher, two sisters Betty Robbins and Joyce Sandford and her brother William Heuing Jr., and daughter Teresa Cox.
Patty and Jim had four children Terri Cox (deceased), James W. Fisher Jr., Kim Hawkins and Debbie (Rudy) Reimsnyder. In total have 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews.
Patricia was a homemaker and worked at People's State Bank, Johnson Sheet Metal, Jim Fisher Fine Foods, Cracker Barrel, Area 9 and the Richmond Parks Department.
She was a member of Saint Elizabeth of Hungry of Cambridge City and Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish of Richmond.
She was involved in a variety of groups and organizations including the Social Club of Cambridge City, RED HAT society, Richmond Rose Garden and Festival Committees, Fountain City Lions Club, Fountain City Senior Center and Richmond Catholic Women United.
Visitation is from 5pm to 7pm at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary on Friday April 5, 2024. Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church on Saturday April 6, 2024 at 11:00 am. Burial will immediately follow in St. Andrew Cemetery.
Donations may be made in Patty's name to Helpings Hands Daycare or Southern Care Hospice, Muncie.
