Patricia A. Maddock, age 93, of Richmond, passed away on September 28, 2021 at Brookdale Assisted Living. She was born in Richmond, Indiana on December 19, 1927 to Buford and Marie Pipher Bailey. After high school, Patricia graduated from Earlham College and went on to earn her Master's Degree from Ball State University. She taught for the Richmond School System for many years and her mission in life was to care for and adopt rescue animals. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Homer Maddock and her siblings.

Private services will be held for Patricia at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local pet shelter.
