Paul D. Myers, age 96 of Richmond, Indiana joined the Lord on Thursday August 6, 2026.

He was born October 6, 1929 in Convoy, Ohio and was the son of Paul G. Myers and Lillian V. Myers. Paul is preceded by his wife of 63 ½ years, Phyllis A. (Tobias) Myers. He is remembered for his humor, generosity and love of family. He was retired from the General Telephone Company (Verizon) after 36 years of service and is survived by his five children and their spouses and children: Dennis (Kay) of Evansville, Indiana, Renee (Clyde) Bowlin of Churubusco, Indiana, Kevin (LeeAnn) Myers of Leo, Indiana, Lynn (Ted) Marinakes of Richmond, Indiana and Lisa Myers of Indianapolis, Indiana. He and Phyllis are also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren. Paul is also preceded in death by his brother George Brian Myers (JoAnn), 2 nieces and a nephew.

Visitation for Paul will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Fort Wayne Catholic Cemetery (3500 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46805), where Paul will be laid to rest beside his wife, Phyllis, and his daughter, Mary Kay Myers.
