Paul Edward Smeigh, age 75, passed away on March 4, 2022 at Reid Health. He was born in Altoona, PA to Donald and Jean Smeigh and has lived in the Richmond community since he was five years old. Paul was a High School graduate and an Army veteran, serving in Vietnam. He married Diane Kanke, in Richmond on October 26, 1971 and had been married for 44 years. Paul worked for Coca-Cola for 30 years as a Coca-Cola Man. He was a member of the VFW, St. John Lutheran Church and will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved him.

Left to cherish his memory are his children Phillip (Angie) Smeigh of Centerville, IN, Kimberly Smeigh of Richmond, IN, Matthew (Pam) Smeigh of Centerville, IN; grandchildren Renee Smeigh of Richmond, IN, Michelle Anderson of Ashville, NC, Sarah (Ryan) Wilkinson of Brazil, IN and Tegan Smeigh; and great grandson Lincoln. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Diane and brother Charlie Tipton.

Services for Paul will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday March 10, 2022 at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary, Pastor Doug Shilts will officiate. Burial will immediately follow in Lutherania Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday March 9, 2022 at the funeral home.
