Alton, IL - Paula Jo Bolton, age 78, formerly of Richmond, Indiana, died April 22, 2021 at Alton Memorial Hospital. She was born on February 16, 1943 to Paul and Jeanette Owens Twigg in Herrin, Illinois however she lived in the Richmond area most of her life. She retired from Kroger where she worked as a meat cutter and was a member of Living World Christian Fellowship Church and of Alton Leathernecks Auxiliary Unit 488 where she assisted with Toys-for-Tots. She was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan and will be dearly missed.

Paula is survived by her sister Lola Cochran of Alton, Illinois; half-sister Marla Lawrence of Winchester, Indiana; stepchildren Chuck (Jo) Bolton, Michelle (Gary) Garrett, Brenda (Bill) Coats and Christy (Win) Yerkes of Florida; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and special niece Daphine (Angolos) Kappos of Illinois.
She is preceded in death by her daughter Robbin Faith Bolton Pace (2015) and her parents Paul and Jeanette.

Services for Paula will be held at 2:00 pm Friday (April 30, 2021) at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary, Rev. Doctor M. Steven Ross will officiate. Burial will immediately follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday (April 30, 2021) at the funeral home.
