Paula Diane Evans of Richmond, age 73, passed away on October 29, 2023. She was born in Richmond, Indiana on April 22, 1950 to Paul and Elma (Kerr) Eales. Diane was a Northeastern High School graduate, class of 1968 and was married to William A. Evans for 35 years before his passing in 2022. She worked for Belden for 20+ years and National Cash Advance for several years as well. Diane enjoyed cooking, crime movies, shopping, playing Euchre and loved spending time with her grandchildren and dogs. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend who will be dearly missed.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Cynthia (Thad) Howard and Bruce Brown; grandchildren Alyssa Schroeder (Matt), Tyler Brown (Catherine), Angelina Glickman-Harmon (Jared); great-granddaughter Millee Brown; cousin Carol Judy, many other cousins and friends including Diane's best friend of 30+ years, Sheryl Stanley. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband William and brother James Kerr (1969).

A memorial service will be held for Diane at 4 p.m. on Saturday November 4, 2023 at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary with a visitation prior to the service from 3-4 p.m. Pastor David Eales will officiate the service. A burial will follow in Willow Grove Cemetery in Fountain City.
