Phyllis A. Myers, age 82, of Richmond, died Tuesday morning (January 24, 2012) at Forest Park Health Campus. She was born in Fort Wayne on September 10, 1929 to Clinton L. and Lucille Fry Tobias and had lived in Richmond since 1977. She was a graduate of Fort Wayne Central Catholic High School and she was a homemaker. She was a member of Saint Mary Church in Richmond. Survivors include her husband - Paul Myers whom she married June 19, 1948; children - Dennis (Kay) Myers of Evansville, Renee (Clyde) Bowlin of Churubusco, Indiana, Kevin (LeeAnn) Myers of Leo, Indiana, Lynn (Ted) Marinakes of Richmond, Lisa Myers of Indianapolis; sister - Nancy Lash of Florida; brother - Frank Tobias of Tucson, Arizona; 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, nieces and nephews. A daughter, Mary Kay Myers, is also deceased. Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday (January 27, 2012) in Saint Mary Church (Richmond). Father Todd Riebe will officiate. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday (January 27, 2012) in Fort Wayne Catholic Cemetery.
