Raburn Reece, age 79, of Richmond, died Monday morning (October 22, 2007) at Reid Hosptial.� He was born in Jackson County, Kentucky on July 22, 1928 to Raburn and Sarabelle Reece and had lived here most of his life.� He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War and was a retired employee of the former Swayne Robinson Company.� He was a member of the Temple of God .� His first wife, Flossie Reece, died in 1991.

Survivors include his wife of nine years - Zelma Sprinkles Reece;� sons - Danny Reece of New Paris, Ohio and Ricky Reece of Stanton, Kentucky;� 7 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren,� nieces and nephews.

Six brothers and five sisters are also deceased.

Services will be held at 1:30 pm on Thursday (October 25, 2007) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.� Rev. William Lewellen will officiate.� Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery where military graveside services will be conducted by the Wayne County Veterans Honor Guard.� Friends may call on Wednesday (October 24, 2007) from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.� www.riggle-waltermann.com
