Raimonda "Mondie" Phillips, age 60, of Centerville, died peacefully Saturday morning (June 28, 2014) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Richmond on October 2, 1953 to Anthony and JoAnn Sheard Rastbichler and had lived here all of her life. She was a 1971 graduate of Richmond High School and had worked as front desk clerk for the Super 8 Motel in Centerville for 18 years. She was an active member of the VFW Auxiliary. Survivors include her daughter, Katrina L. Smiley of Richmond; brothers, Eric (Traci)Rastbichler and Michael (Cindy Lou Hart) Rastbichler both of Richmond; half-sisters, Linda Planer of Flanders, New Jersey and Ana Rastbichler of Richmond; cousin, Anna Marie Michaels of Richmoond; nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, her companion of 30 years, Jay Jackson, is also deceased. Mondie will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday (July 2, 2014) in Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary.
