Obituary

Ralph L. "Jim" Frech, age 83, of Richmond, died Thursday evening (June 5, 2008) at Heartland of Eaton in Eaton, Ohio.� He was born in Richmond on January 5, 1925 to Ralph and Martha Bowman Frech and had lived in this area most of his life.� He was a 1944 graduate of Jefferson High School in New Paris and was a US Navy veteran World War II serving as a aviation machinist mate from 1944 - 1946.� He was a retired 38 year employee of Eaton Gear and in later years operated Greens Fork Welding in Greens Fork, Indiana.�Survivors include a sister - Dorothy McCauly of Munfordville, Kentucky; nieces, nephews, cousins and many many friends.�In addition to his parents and grandparents, he was preceded in death by one son, Jimmy J. Frech and� two brothers, Bud and Frank Frech.�Services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday (June 11, 2008) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.� Rev. Gilmer Smith will officiate.� Burial will be in Greens Fork (South) Cemetery.� Friends may call on Tuesday (June 10, 2008) from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.� www.riggle-waltermann.com
