Ramona Joyce Dotson, age 74, of Richmond, died Thursday evening (August 17, 2006) at her residence.� She was born in Hagerstown on September 16, 1931 to Charles F. and Ruth Smith Walters and had lived in the Wayne County area all of her life.� She had worked at the former Nettle Creek Industries.� Her husband, John Kenneth Dotson, died on January 1, 2003.
