It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Randy Charles Mullin Jr., age 51, who passed away Friday January 2, 2026 after his courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Richmond, Indiana on March 6, 1974 to Randy Mullin Sr. and Barbara (Eliton) Meece. Randy was lovingly raised by his mother, Barbara Meece, and her husband, David Meece. He had a passion for basketball; playing for his high school along with numerous 3 on 3 Gus Macker tournaments. Randy would do anything for anybody, giving you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He enjoyed being with his kids, grandkids and stepchildren. Randy was a very protective caregiver, always keeping a watchful eye out for their safety. He will be forever missed by his family and friends.

Randy is remembered by his significant other of 15 years, Nikki Holbert; children Gavin Mullin and Chandler Mullin; mother Barbara (David) Meece; stepchildren Jonathan Phillips, Crisann Walter and David Walter; grandchild Harper Walter; brothers Ronald Mullin and Chris Mullin; Uncle Jay, Aunt Amelia, Aunt Connie (Rick) and Aunt Mary; several nieces and nephews including niece Kaila Mullin; nephews Kaleb Mullin and Ronnie Mullin Jr., and special dog Rugar. He is preceded by his maternal grandparents Bobbie and Ford Eliton and paternal grandparents Bessie and Harold Mullin.

Memorial contributions may be made in Randy's name to Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary in care of the Randy Charles Mullin funeral fund.

Visitation will take place from 11am-1pm on Tuesday January 13, 2026 at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary with a service beginning at 1pm with Pastor Curt Nies officiating. Burial will take place in Earlham Cemetery.
