Rick Fehlinger, 73 of Richmond passed away Friday October 12, 2018 surrounded by family at Reid Hospital. He was born in Elwood, Indiana on May 20, 1945 to Charles and Betty Carr Fehlinger. Rick graduated from Richmond High School in 1963. He married the love of his life Marsha Rust in Richmond on July 4, 1964 at Northside Church of Christ. He worked at Sears for 48 years with his most recent title being Operations Manager, after retirement he worked at Kroger Fuel Center for 2 years. Rick loved Professional Wrestling, whether it was WWF, or WWE or NWO he would tune in on Monday nights to watch. He was a lifelong Christian and a former Elder at Northside Church of Christ. Rick will be remembered as a devoted Husband, Father and Grampa. The family would like to give a special thanks to Reid Oncology for their compassion and care during Rick's battle with cancer.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years Marsha; children Jeff (April) Fehlinger of Evansville, Steve (Lori) Fehlinger of Fort Wayne and Karen (Joe) Murray of Noblesville; sister Sharon Fehlinger Keller; grandchildren Tyler, Trent, Kyleigh, Colt, Josh, Hope, Hannah, Kaleb and Shane; great grandchild Emmett and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Betty Fehlinger.
