Robert G. Basson, age 80, of Richmond, died Monday afternoon (April 9, 2007) at Arbor Trace Healthcare Center.�� He was born in Richmond on December 10, 1926 to Horace and Alice Noss� Basson and had lived here most of his life.� He was a US Navy veteran of World War II and a retired employee of Rodefeld's.�

Survivors include his wife - Dorothy Basson; son - Richard T. (Kari) Basson of Kettering, Ohio;� granddaughters - Melissa Campbell and Jennifer (Mark) Geis and Alex Harrell; great grandson - Brady Geis.

Services will be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday (April 12, 2007) in Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.�� Rev. Mark Hinshaw will officiate.� Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.� Friends may call on Thursday (April 12, 2007) from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon at the funeral home.�� www.riggle-waltermann.com
