Robert L. Lady, age 68, of Richmond, died Thursday evening (April 1, 2021) at Reid Hospital. He was born in Richmond, Indiana on November 24, 1952 to Odis and Mildred Lady and had lived in this area all his life. He was a veteran of the National Guard and the owner/operator of his taxi service. Robert loved fishing, camping, riding motorcycles, bluegrass music and cooking. He was a great mechanic, a hard worker and known as a "jack of all trades". Robert loved his family and his animals and will be dearly missed.

Survivors include his loving companion Deanna Koorsen; children Angel, Gary, Destry, Sandra, Tonya and Hank; siblings Alice Pearson, Otis Lady "Bo", Emma Rader, Debbie Damrell, Tammie Parker, Billy Jo Gabbard and Ida Lady; 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife Kathy Lady and his parents.

Services for Robert will be held at 11:00am Tuesday April 13, 2021 at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Pastor Richard Ware will officiate. Burial will immediately follow in Greens Fork South Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3pm to 7pm on Monday April 12, 2021 at the funeral home.
